We had a great stay! Communication with the owner was easy. It was decorated so cute and cozy! Plenty of towels and the coffee bar was a nice touch! Perfect little house for our family of 4. Will definitely be back!
We stayed overnight to break up a long road trip. It was perfect for a relaxing evening. This place is luxurious and cozy. Exactly as pictured and described. Definitely recommend!
Loved the property! Felt very safe. Accommodations were excellent. Very clean. If you stay in Paducah, please check out Freight House for meals. Excellent food.
Would definitely recommend this home for anyone! 5+ stars!!
Lovely clean place. You’ll need a car but it’s easy to get to downtown. You should look at Google images before you go though, because the place is set back from the street with no house number. That makes it quiet…we never saw the owner.

Cute
Very cute place , could have been better with at least 1 nightstand with a table lamp in each bedroom.
House is set back on a busy road with no address displayed so be sure to use a GPS . communication was difficult with the owner about Internet ,no followup afterwards.

Off street parking a plus. Parking area well-lit. Near Red's Donuts (not sure if that should be a plus or minus ;) )Comfortable stay. Nice indoor porch area.
This is our second time staying at one of Paige’s properties and once again we loved it! So much room for our son to play, clean house, quiet neighborhood, and close to our family! We’ll definitely be going back! Thanks again!
We stayed 4 nights, clean and quiet! Host was amazing at replying…..really we didn’t try to bother her much. We were confused about parking but it’s just in front of this rental instead of on the side. We went exploring mostly, but coming back to a comfy house was great instead of a hotel. Thank you! Definitely recommend!
My son and I were in town to visit with family over the Holidays. We did not spend much time at the house except to sleep. The house was very clean, inviting, and in an excellent location. Could not ask for anything more. One small suggestion: In the small bedroom next to the bath, there is too much large furniture. Instead of two large dressers, one would be enough. A small nightstand and a rack or small table to place a suitcase would be nice.
Place was clean and nice. Nice view of sunrise. Thanks for the complimary coffee I would stay there agian when in the area.

Paducah 2 Bedroom
The house was very clean. There were 2 automatic air fresheners that I had to unplug because I am allergic to scents. The bedrooms lacked bedside tables with lamps, so you had to turn off the light at the door and get to the bed in the dark. It was difficult to find the house because there were no clearly marked house numbers.
It is a very beautiful secluded property. The amenities were gorgeous! The location was perfect for me visiting my family in Paducah as well as Metropolis, IL. My mom was born and raised in Paducah. She traveled with me was very nostalgic as she remembered that the property used to be James Sanders Nusery. It was a very nice experience overall.

Old small house. Well kept and clean. Not large enough trash container. Options are limited in Paducah for a VRBO so may stay again.
The home was beautifully renovated and decorated. We enjoyed staying here for close proximity to good food and fun activities. The cleaning needed a little more attention, as floors needed sweeping/vacuuming, refrigerator needed to be wiped out, and bathroom mirror was dirty.
The back patio area was beautiful, but it was too cold for us to enjoy during our early February stay.
