Luxury Downtown Paducah 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Double Condo

This luxury 2 bed 2 bath 1900 square foot double condo is centrally located in downtown Paducah across the street from Maiden Alley, the Carson Center, and the Market House Theater. Built in 1870, “The Parlour” is a historic property that has been renovated with modern touches while preserving yesterday’s charm. Guests can walk to many local attractions and Paducah’s best bars, shops, and restaurants.

The space

The space is a beautiful open concept condo that reminds me of a soho loft. It has 1900 square feet of space so you’ll have plenty of room- but it still feels comfortable and cozy. While there are no doors on the bedroom spaces, the long hallways provide plenty of privacy. There is a private gated courtyard just off Maiden Alley for outdoor entertainment. The condo is perfect for solo travelers, families, couples, groups of friends, and businesspeople.

There is a free public parking lot behind the building you are welcome to park at. There is also free street parking on Kentucky Avenue.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire 1900 square foot loft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will also have access to the gated outdoor courtyard.

Other things to note

The condo is located on the second floor, so you'll need to be able to climb a flight of stairs.

Please note: There is a security camera outside the building that faces the outdoor patio and back parking lot. The camera is for our guest's security as well as the security of the businesses below.

Here’s the deal…this place is amazing! The condo itself is incredibly well-decorated and cool. The host has gone over and above with special touches to make you feel welcome. They style is cool and even the young adult traveling with us declared it “super cool”. The location is perfect. One block from the river. Our group loved staying at the Paducah condo. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels and the comfort and amenities provided by the host was above and beyond. Wonderful weekend!

A weekend girls trip to Paducah was wonderful. This place was perfect. Very cute and in walking distance to most of the things we wanted to see. We drove to Purple Toad and spent the afternoon hanging around on Saturday. The rest of the time was spent around Market House Square. We would love to go back for another girls weekend.

Perfect Getaway!

We had such a great time and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Truly amazing, comfy beds, high-end finishes, every amenity you could ever want. Oh, and did I mention cleanliness, SPOTLESS! The locations is perfect, you can walk everywhere you want to go, restaurants, entertainment, riverfront, parks, and the list goes on. Weekend Trip to Paducah

This is a great property. Well-appointed, clean, and right in the heart of the downtown area. Plenty of room for the 2 adult couples that comprised our group. Easy walking distance to Carson Center for the Performing Arts, great dining options (Freight House, Cork Room, Doe's, Max's, etc), the riverwalk, and very near several good bars. Communication about property was very accurate and instructions were clear/prompt. I'd definitely return to this location and have already recommended to other friends!

Pure Bliss Wonderful Loft

The Parlour exceeded all of our expectations. Julie was very responsive, the location is right in the middle of all the action. Easy to walk to all restaurants, shops and even along the river. Kitchen was beautifully equipped and the beds, linens and towels were luxurious. We had two couples and the spacious bedrooms separated by the living area were very quiet and private. The thoughtful snacks and beverages, toiletries and lotions, and exceptional cleanliness really blew us away. All we had to do was enjoy it and we certainly did. We will return!
