I was a little concerned about the neighborhood when I pulled up but the house was delightful, the owner responsive, we were close to everything and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.
This property is great. Very comfortable and clean, far better than a hotel room! Also pet friendly. A great stay during AQS Quilt Show centrally located between venues and shopping/restaurants. Will happily book again if we get a chance to visit future quilt shows!
Super cute house. The flex leashes and dig bowls were a great added touch. A motion sensor light at the front door would helpful for seeing to put the code in the lock. Super clean, enjoyed our stay.
This darling cottage was the perfect solution to allow our pups to travel with us. It was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and conveniently located. There is a nice back yard for the pups and we loved that there was parking inside the back gate so as to not park on the street at night. The neighborhood was quiet. There has been great attention to details to make for a nice stay.
Beautiful, old, well maintained house. Nice fenced in back yard. Great decor. Coffee maker needs replaced. Had lots of grounds in each cup. Overall we'd stay here again.
We were in town for a family event. Hilary is an amazing host. The house is cozy and welcoming, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We traveled with our pets and they enjoyed the backyard and the dog toys she has there. It’s a well taken care of house and property. We will definitely use this location again!
LOVED the uniqueness of this property! It felt like spending time with a good friend……..comfortable, warm and relaxing. The house was clean, well-stocked and an eclectic decorating style that made my stay even more enjoyable.
I felt safe and spoke with one of the neighbors that was very friendly. I’d definitely stay again if I find myself traveling through.

Nice little house
This house was nice for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and it had a great backyard for dogs. Had a couple of cleanliness issues ( toilet bowl rim was hideous), the shower drain was not working properly and the window sills on the porch could use some cleaning. Easy to fix.
My husband and I stayed 2 nights for his 50th bday. We have 2 small dogs that travel with us so we wanted a place that allowed dogs and were lucky to stay here.
There’s plenty of room inside with all the amenities you would need. And, there’s a fenced in backyard. I will note that if you have tiny dogs there’s a couple spots that they may be able to get under the fence if they tried.
Our stay was great and I recommend and would stay again!
We enjoyed our stay, but the house could use some things: It smells a little damp and musty so replacing the HVAC filters and airing it out would help. The AC works, but doesn't drop the temperature below 74. It was a hot day, but I would have thought that it would have over night. The house itself is nice and decorated well. The location is great.
Very comfortable and cute house! Bed was comfortable and house was nicely equipped. Nice private fenced in backyard. My only criticism is there was no trash can in the kitchen. Pouring rain and the outside trash can was a block behind the house. I didn’t cook while I was there or it would have been a bigger problem. I ended up driving my trash home with me!
Great clean place!!!! Only concern was they knew we would be 5 women abs there was only a very small portion of toilet paper on one roll with NO extras.
