Great private secure location yet a short golf cart ride to the small town, grabbers and nippers. The house was immaculate and all up to date with nearly all in suite accommodations. Very comfortable, livable, and tremendous outdoor lounging pool and dock.

Family & Friends annual trip to Bahama's

Property is perfect with a great dock and beautiful view. The owner was very attention detailed and we loved the house. Great spot for our family and friends. Would stay there again.

The Limehouse

Absolutely amazing!! Perfect location for our family and friends. Our host was amazing and attentive. They checked in on a regular basis and made the experience that much better. I/we can’t recommend this house and host enough for your next vacation to Guana Cay.

New home great for boating

easy access to the reefs by boats if you are looking for adventures. Internet works well and house is fully furnished with everything you need for your stay but the food and the local Grocery store is a short drive by cart from the home.

Amazing Trip to Great Gauna

We arrived by boat and arranged for a few golf carts to be delivered to the house. Orchid Bay is a beautiful gated neighborhood and ideally located to get to the market, Nippers, Grabbers etc. The property is amazing and the owner was very attentive and easy to deal with.

We had an incredible stay! The owner was excellent with communication from start to finish, which made everything smooth and easy. The house itself is amazing—spacious, clean, and beautifully set up for groups. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all spacious and open, creating a perfect space for everyone to gather and socialize. The bedrooms were very comfortable and much larger than expected. The pool and dock were both fantastic and really added to the experience. Highly recommend this property—we’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic week at The Lime House

Our family of 9 stayed at this gorgeous property last week. We made memories of a lifetime as we explored the Abacos and called The Lime House home for our stay. The house is beautiful, sooooo comfortable, spectacular indoor and outdoor living areas, great pool and the views are amazing. The owner, Rob couldn’t have been nicer, checking in on us daily and giving us many tips on things to do to make the most of our stay. We brought a boat for the week and loved having the dock and fish cleaning area. The Orchid Bay Area is also very well kept with lovely properties. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

New Favorite Spot in Abacos

I have been traveling to the Abacos for over 15 years with friends and family and stayed all over Great Guana, Hopetown, and Green Turtle. I can honestly say this has been my favorite location in all those years. The location facing the Sea of Abaco and the private dock make is a great spot if you are using your own boat. The 4 king bedrooms and downstairs captains quarters make this a great spot for large groups of families and friends. Everything in the photos and description was exactly as described and the check in/out process was made super easy by the very responsive and accommodating owner. I can't wait to be back (hopefully this year) and would recommend this property to everyone.

The Lime House was an absolute dream! The pictures don’t do it justice. We have been staying in the Abacos for years and this was by far the best accommodations we have found. The view was AMAZING. We spent every evening sitting on the porch watching boats drive by while the kids swam in the pool. We were even able to snorkel right off of the dock. The house was in pristine condition…Tastefully decorated and fully stocked for our stay. The boat lift was an added bonus. The house is in a gated community with beautiful landscaping. It’s in a quiet area but just a golf cart ride away from restaurants and stores. Rob was extremely easy to work with and communicated with us throughout our stay. He even gave us suggestions of different beaches to visit. I can’t recommend this house enough! Everything about the experience was perfect.

The Lime House was the perfect place on Guana Cay! The home was phenomenal with comfortable beds, a large dining room and perfect back porch for morning coffee and sunset drinks. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon and the dock gave us an opportunity to catch yellow tail snapper in the evenings under the dock lights.Being in the gated subdivision of Orchid Bay was very nice with landscaped, paved streets and amenities including the marina and the private beach only available to Orchid Bay owners and guests. We snorkeled right off the private Orchid Bay beach only available the gorgeous reef just hundreds of feet from the shore. We spent one day on this beach and didn’t see another soul the entire day.If you’re looking for a great home, well taken care of, with tons of amenities.
