New and clean townhome located close to everything Logan has to offer! This townhome has everything to make you feel at home - WiFi, SmartTV, Washer and Dryer, BRAND NEW mattresses (king, queen, full and twin) and linens, weighted blankets if you'd like, kitchen with fully stocked coffee/hot chocolate bar, bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. Board games! Good sized 2 car garage, especially great for this time of year! *NO smoking. *NO pets
The space
This space includes the whole townhome including two car garage. Built August 2022. BRAND NEW mattresses (king, queen, full and twin) and linens, weighted blankets available. Spacious and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Easy to find.

Great place for quick trip
Convenient and easy to access all of Logan. However the approximate distance to USU campus is not a 5 minute walk but a 5 minute car drive

Spring break ski trip 2024
My son and I came to Logan in March 2024 for a spring break ski trip and rented this lovely condo for a week. The pictures are accurate as this is a very new, clean and well kept condo. The bedrooms are all upstairs, along with the laundry room. The beds were very comfortable (memory foam mattresses I believe). Downstairs is the kitchen, living and dining room along with a very cute mud room just inside from the 2 car garage. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions I had via the VRBO communication channel. They also provided their local phone number in case of emergency, but we never needed to contact them. The location is great, lots of restaurants and shopping within a few minutes drive. We skied both Beaver Mountain (45 minutes) and Cherry Peak (25 minutes) which are easy to access from here. And for a small town Logan does have many big city amenities like Costco and Sam’s, along with most major retail stores. We would happily stay at this great condo again if we return to Logan.
