Enjoy our beautiful ocean front condo that is only steps to the lovely Simpson Bay Beach. Relax on the private terrace or roof top patio where you can listen to the waves and watch the sunset! Two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms give you plenty of room to spread out with family or friends. Centrally located and easy walk to Maho Beach and Center (10–15 minutes) and easy drive (10 minutes) to Mullet Bay Beach and Simpson Bay restaurants and nightlife.

Quiet beachfront neighborhood in Beacon Hill. Flight of stairs to access beach located on side of property.
Gated property - key required to enter main gate with video intercom in condo for gaited entrance.
Roadside Security gate from 9 pm-6 am

Getting around
Flight of stairs located alongside the condo to access Simpson Bay Beach. You can swim and sunbath at this location or walk along the beach (10 Minutes) to 2 beach bar/restaurants.
You can walk through the neighborhood (10 minutes) to the Famous Sunset Beach Bar or Driftwood Beach Bar to enjoy a drink, a meal or have a swim while you watch the planes! 5 minutes more to Maho Center with restaurants and bars and casino.
We do recommend a car to be able to access the entire island!
We have recommendations for car rental and also for reliable taxi service that will pick you up at the condo.

Fantastic Unit

This property is even better than the pictures suggest. It is beautifully decorated, clean, the beach is minutes away and you can walk to a number of restaurants. The host is amazing and responds to messages quickly and the property manager, Sylvia is wonderful! The beach bar Dingies is a few minutes walk with good food and friendly staff. We loved our 3 week stay!

The owners were easy to work with and gave us many good recommendations for restaurants and the car rental. We were met by the manager at the front door which made check in a breeze.Unfortunately, the condo was not clean when we arrived. The floors were filthy and the dishes and silverware we went to use were dirty. The blankets and throws smelled used and the cushions of furniture was stained and dirty. The biggest disappointment was the location. Although we were told the airport was not a 24 hour noise issue, it turned out to be well after midnight aircraft arriving and departing. There is also a bar very close that was excessively loud well into the night. The condo was definitely not a place for rest and relaxation, which was very unfortunate.

We have been traveling to this lovely island for over 20 years and have grown to love it! After owning a timeshare and renting many villas on the island, in 2021 we decided to purchase a home! We are excited to share our new space with you and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!!

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location!!! Beachside, spectacular views and walking distance to many spots!
We recently upgraded all of the furnishings, retiled the balcony and rooftop and freshly painted every room. It's so nice to come home from a day at the beach to have a lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink or meal and watch the sunset or the waves roll in. Every day truly feels like paradise!!
