Our house has a fenced in yard, with two patio areas and two fire pits.

Great for group of guys

We are a group of 10 high school buddies from DE, now in our 50’s but pretending we’re not. Great atmosphere, comfort and location! Always something to do together but enough room to spread out. Highly recommend for groups of guys looking to visit Annapolis, but also want to hang out in a fun place!

Wonderful experience for a birthday

My father recently turned 80 and we wanted to take him back to the where he graduated - Naval Academy. Because we live in MA, we had to find a property that could fit 9 of us. The house was clean, quiet, and perfect for every age. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the beds were very comfortable. We roasted marshmallows for smores the first night, listened to music, and attended a few Navy games. He said it was the best weekend. The hosts are very responsive and we are so grateful we stayed there. If we go again, I would stay here!

A Dad and Sons Weekend in Annapolis

We’ve been going to Annapolis for over 20 years, and have been coming 3-4 a year for the past 5 years. We’ve discovered Eastport and now our most favorite spots are here. Dave and Kristy’s house is perfectly located to get to …..well everywhere!! Davis Pub, Forward Brewery, The Boatyard Grill, Lewnes Steakhouse Bread & Butter Grill are all within a 5 minute walk!! And to get to downtown Annapolis, 10-15 minute walk. The house was perfect for the 5 men and my son is in a wheelchair, so the cabana in the backyard was completely accessible with a roll in shower bathroom. The house has everything TV’s Sonos speakers everywhere, large gaming room. 4 bathrooms, and plenty of beds Such an easy place to get comfy in, and the neighborhood is SOOO quiet! We normally stay at the Waterfront Marriott but it was almost 500 a night, so price, convenience and amenities….this was a home run!
