Located in the heart of Gville this newly renovated home has 3BR/2BA+ gorgeous bonus room w/ sleeper sofa! Walking distance to grocery, shopping and dining in Thornebrook Village (0.75miles). Centrally located, this comfortable and clean home is within a few miles of UF, Hospital, Oaks Mall, Celebration point, and Downtown Gainesville! Also has quick and easy access for the explorers who want to head out of town to enjoy all the wonderful springs North Central Florida has to offer!

The home has been recently renovated for guest comfort. Located on a quiet street in the heart of Gainesville, this home is close to everything! Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bonus room with vaulted cedar ceiling and a sleeper sofa. Yard is fully enclosed with a wire fence for your furry friends! There is a fire pit outside for your use but the inside fire place is not permitted for guest use.

Parking in driveway is ample! There are two lanes of parking and a carport. Easily fits four cars. More vehicles can park along front of yard in front of home. Please only park in yard to the right of driveway.

Quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to all Gainesville has to offer!

For the comfort of all our guests, we are a very strict non smoking home. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on our property, including outside. Thank you!

Guests who's stays include a Tuesday will be asked to roll Waste Bin to curb Monday evening for pickup on Tuesday morning.

We have an outdoor fire pit for guest use but the indoor fire place is not permitted for guest use and is locked.

TVs are smart TVs and are able to be used with all steaming companies (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Prime, etc). The TVs do not have cable access.

The house is conveniently located to the University of Florida campus, and it was nice to have covered parking and the spacious kitchen/bfast area/dual living rooms. House includes 3 BR and 2 baths, with one of the bedrooms featuring an ensuite bath.

Great location in Gainesville.

The house was clean, comfortable and convenient to many shops, restaurants, and UF. We spent the weekend for our daughter’s graduation. The host was very responsive. I would recommend this property.

Spent Easter weekend there visiting kids in UF. House was clean and neighborhood was safe for venturing out and walking dog. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Wedding Weekend

Stayed here a couple of nights for a Wedding at the Abby. Great location with easy access to this end of town. Pet friendly and close to a city park with a short hiking trail for our dog.

We had at wonderful time. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The fireplace room was the highlight of house. The neighborhood was very quiet and conveniently located. We would be absolutely delighted to stay here again.

This was a great place for our family to meet throughout a long weekend of graduation celebrations for our granddaughter. The outside appearance does not do justice to the well appointed interior. The only interior negative was the height of the two guest room beds as two of us are in our 80's. (The master bedroom bed was fine)It was a great stay -

Softball family for a tourney

December UF grad group

This was a nice house, supplied with lots of towels and sheet sets. The laundry was a life-saver for the ’light packers’ in our group. The book selection was great— some wonderful classics available. It was perfect for our extended family coming to UF December graduation. The one downside was the ledge between the back room addition and the original house. This is a nice space but almost every single one of our party of six tripped on the uneven surface.

Baseball Weekend

We actually have stayed at this house for both the Mississippi State and South Carolina weekends and plan to for the Kentucky weekend (aka goodbye to Jac). And staying here several times is no accident. The property fits all our needs with a little one and two pups, with a nice yard and room to stretch out. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located to everything you could need. Jeffrey is great reaching out and providing the information and any assistance you could need. Appreciate the hospitality and look forward to our stay in a few weeks! Matt

Baseball weekend x2

I’ve reviewed this property before so I won’t belabor that facet. What I want to give a special shoutout to is the property owner Jeffrey for accommodating our early arrival with terrible storms bearing down on our home in Tallahassee and the first Kentucky baseball game being moved up to earlier in the day. Said at the time but it bears repeating, what a blessing for him to do that.Thank you again and for anyone reading, I can’t recommend this property more!

Mississippi State Baseball Weekend

My wife and family came into town for the 3 game series against Mississippi State and appreciated the hospitality and great communication with Jeffrey the property owner. He facilitated a bit of an early check in and checked on us during the stay. The home is centrally located and close to everything one could need. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is a quaint gem, as we especially enjoyed the bonus family room that seems to have been added to the house. The outside and backyard could use a touch more maintenance and cleanup, but otherwise the house suited all our needs. We have future stays booked here for baseball weekends and are greatly looking forward to them. Thank you Jeffrey for everything! Matt

Not good fit for us

Unkempt on outside. Nice renovation on inside, considering this older house. Narrow doorways, tiny bathrooms. Hall bathroom had peeling paint in skylight, other maintenance needs. Driveway too Narrow , lack of pavement to step on when exiting/entering car. Would not recommend if you use walker or cane.
