This splendid and exclusive apartment is very bright and located in the centre of the city: a stone's throw from San Marco's sq.

It is a 16th century's building.

From the window of the property you can see the former prison's roof where Giacomo Casanova made a famous escape in 1755.

The apartment is composed by:
1 spacious master bedroom with 1 double bed or 2 twin bed depending on your requests,
2 single bedrooms (1 of them with sofabed)
1 living room
1 kitchen/dining room
1 bathroom with shower
1 extra bed is available

The property has been full refurbished and restructured in July/August 2012 with wooden floor, 42' Plasma TV with satellite, adsl wi-fi Internet, Double air conditioning, central heating/hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.

Location is amazing and the view from the windows: the Doge's Palace on one side and San Zaccaria's church on the other side.

Being so central you can walk shortly to restaurants, shops, museums and anything else Venice can offer. Although it is in an area with a lot of bars you will be surrounded by silence when inside the apartment.

Price includes linen+towels, utility bills, internet access and cleaning on check-out.

Once you have booked we will contact you a few days before your arrival to fix a meeting in San Zaccaria to check you in and to handle the keys to you.

Très bien.placé mais au 6 étage sans ascenseur

L annonce faite sur Abritel ne correspond pas à la réalité !!! Nulle part dans l.annonce il est mentionné que lnappartement est au 6 étage et sans ascenseur. Il est donné pour 5 personnes avec une table à manger de carrée de 70 cm de côté. Il est mentionné dans l annoncé qu il y a 3 chambres, alors qu il y en a que 2. Quand nous sommes arrivés il a fallu attendre 3 jours pour avoir de l eau chaude dans la douche. Les.propriztaireq sont I terminus au bout du 3 jours en nous proposant si on le souhaitais de quitter l appartement et ils nous remboursait les jours non occupés sans aucun dédommagement bien sûr. ABRITEL s est complètement dissocié des avaries et se sont déclarés non compétents et non coupables.

Cher Monsieur vous avez résérvé pour 3 et vous êtes arrivez en 5. Même si vous avez reçu linges et serviettes pour 5 personnes vous n'avez rien payé pour ça. Comme vous êtes arrivé vous avez touché la chaudiere et après vous m'avez appéllé pour me dire qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Le plombier a été envoyé (lundi) tout de suite et il a trouvé le chauffage à 30 degrées avec la fenetre ouvert. Il a controlé la chaudiere et tout été en ordre. Le mardi le plombier et a arreglé la chaudiere qui avez été touché par vous et donc ne marchait pas bien. Le jour suivant vous m'avez envoyé le message que aviez encore une fois manipulé la chaudiere. On vous a offert de partir (avec reimboursement) mais vous avez choisi de rester dans l'apartement . De mon côté j'ai donné toute la disponibilité pour resoudre les problemes.

If you like to be in the midst of everyone, this flat is perfect. Very well located to St. Mark's.

This flat was very comfortable for our family of 5. The master bedroom is large and easily fits a cot for a toddler or young child. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher. Our greeter was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our visit to Venice immensely.

Fantastic location!

This apartment is working perfectly for our family of 5. It has a lot of stairs, but we pack very lightly, so that's not been a problem. It is quiet, comfortable beds, clean, great internet, and easy check in. I can't say enough about the location. A vaporetto stop 1 minute away, and an easy walk to San Marco. We only wish we could stay longer.

Great apartment but on 6th floor!

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. WiFi worked, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. The arrangement for meeting and receiving the keys was good. The climb to the top of the building was a bit of a shock and the description should mention it.
