Disappointed and mislead!
First, finding the apartment was extremely difficult. The address that was on the reservation was not the address of the apartment we actually stayed in. The pictures on this listing were of the unit I thought I had rented but the one we actually stayed in was very different! When we arrived, it was over 90 degrees inside and the a/c did not work. Thank goodness most of the windows opened. (Two of them were painted shut.) It still didn’t cool down enough. The owner said she sent out a handyman to check the units who said the units were running. They weren’t. My pregnant daughter and her two small children waited all day for the handyman who we never actually saw or spoke to. Erin didn’t contact me to let me know that he even came by. The one good thing about this rental was that Erin refunded my money. I still needed to find another place to stay which I did at double the price I paid for this one. Because we were mislead, my daughter left early and we didn’t get to spend any time together to do the fun stuff. This rental was a bad idea!
