Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash any dirty dishes
If checking out on a Sunday,place garbage recycling and yard waste bins( if yard waste bin has been used) on street next to curb
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please no early check in unless pre-arranged.Check in is 4:00p.m. No late check out after 11:00am unless pre-arranged
Day of checkout: wash dirty dishes Empty trash to main garbage bin outside. Place used wet towels in tub Sunday :trash/recycle bins to street.
No pets of any kind. My daughter is highly allergic to animal fur /oils. She often stays here with her family.

Comfy place

Overall great place to stay. It wasn’t too far from the beach and a 12 minute ride to downtown Carmel. There a couple of great places to eat right down the street (Breakfast Club and The Meatery). If you wanted to cook at home they were setup for it. We just didn’t plan on staying in. However if you where therefor a longer stay it is setup for it.
