Lovely location, though you can’t fully see the ocean, definitely close enough to hear it. Some parts may need updates, but very cute property, very clean, and with enough space for a big group. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely wonderful for three adults, 5 teenagers (all with there own beds!) and 2 dogs! Aside from being beautiful, it was well appointed with everything we could need/want and in a lovely location walking distance from Russian Gulch State Park (do the waterfall hike!) and a five minute drive to downtown mendocino or 10 minutes north to Fort Bragg. A little pricey for one middle-class family but very manageable for two! Highly recommend.

Great vacation home

Great location, the hot tub and stairs were a big hit with the kids, the adults enjoyed the hot tub as well. Very comfortable place to stay with plenty of rooms to sleep in.

Great getaway spot

Plenty of room for three couples and two dogs. The house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and the location great: close to Mendocino and Ft. Bragg.

Had a lovely week-long stay at Casa Bella Pacifica. The house had plenty of space to fit three kids, my husband, myself and my parents. Great location to get to nice beaches, trails, and local sites in the Mendocino and Fort Bragg area.

Family holiday

We enjoyed our three nights at this clean, well-stocked and comfy house in a quiet neighborhood just north of Mendocino and close to a few beaches and a lovely state park. The fireplace, hot tub, and BBQ were highlights.

We loved Casa Bella!

Beautiful house, great layout, tons of space for everyone . The fenced backyard with hot tub was perfect for hanging out with our dogs and relaxing. The kitchen was well outfitted and we enjoyed our complimentary wine. We can't wait to go back!

40th Birthday Weekend

Pat was a wonderful host, very good communication and so helpful with all of my questions. The house was perfect for our group and we enjoyed the location and how close it was to the state park and the beach.

Great house for a large group

The house was perfect for two families...4 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is the perfect distance from downtown Mendocino. We would definitely book it again!

Great house

I loved the location and unique floor plan. This house was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was there. It could use some updating, especially the flooring, but that did not interfere with our positive experience.
