The house is wonderful. It feels like staying in a real home rather than a rental property. The home was obviously put together by someone with a very artistic soul. The mix of original details and added elements are really nice. We loved the original cabinetry in the kitchen. The yard, patio and side porch are great places to read and relax. We will definitely want to come back.

This place seemed almost too good to be true, but it turned out to be just as special and perfect as the listing depicts. Everything you need to cook and grill, super private, quiet, and beautiful, and excellent for dogs. Definitely would stay again.

This farm house is very much a home, which is not always the case, even in nice vacation rentals. The property is ideal for dogs, with lots of fenced space. Short drive to Mendocino and Highway 1 - location is a major benefit. The 4 of us staying there could not have been more pleased

We had a wonderful stay here. The host was very kind, thoughtful, and quick to respond. The location was perfect and very convenient, while still feeling peaceful and surrounded by nature. Waking up to the birds and enjoying the fresh forest air was such a lovely experience. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying here and would love to come back again.

Another AMAZING stay at the farmhouse! The yard and house are perfect for kids and dogs. There are so many hiking trails nearby. The host is very responsive. The house was really clean and well stocked! Our kids found plenty of games/movies for the rainy days and enjoyed the huge yard on sunny days! Looking forward to coming back next year!

Cozy!

Cozy little house nestled in the woods. Far enough and close enough to Mendocino, a perfect little get away for the weekend. Perfect place for dog owners, our pup oved the yard.

It was a peaceful and quiet stay. The fenced in backyard was great, but unfortunately, it was too wet for our pup to run around. Good location, minutes to town. We enjoy hiking and recommend the All Trails app. Much to our surprise, there were ample hikes to choose from.

Comfortable and cozy stay. The beds are on the firm side (which we found comfortable and preferable to soft mattresses). The backyard was great for our dog). One of the bedrooms (the one next to the laundry room) does run colder at night than the rest of the house but it was not an issue for our group.

Home for a week

We had a great time during our stay at the farmhouse! We played badminton and Cornhole and enjoyed lots of reading hours in the gorgeous backyard. The house is comfy and cozy and is a short drive to town and beaches - this home away from home was perfect for our little family!

Great location and beautiful property

The house was very charming and was like going to a grandparents house. Very clean, had all the dishes we could ever need, coffee there for us, pack and play for the baby. Beautiful gardens around the house. Just wish it wasn’t raining so we could have explored the property more.

Beautiful with lots of space for kids and dogs!

We loved our stay at the farmhouse! The fenced in yard was perfect for our kids and dog to run around and play! On the days it was rainy, there were board games and movies available to use. The kitchen was well stocked and the whole house felt clean and comfortable! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the back porch enjoying the beautiful property!
