The Retreat at Silver Creek is part of the Dream resort, an eco-friendly resort style community located in the heart of the vacation capital of the world, the Four Corners region of greater Orlando, Florida. Nestled on 20 acres of pristine Florida nature, it offers an escape from the everyday.

Around the condominium there are supermarkets and options of bars and restaurants for all tastes. Near to outlets store.
A car is needed to get around.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
• Pool heating is an optional service priced at $33 per day, with a minimum payment of $165 per stay.
• Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
• Optional services should be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Retreat at Silver Creek houses is conducted weekly on Wednesday, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

PARKING
1. All owners and guests have a marked space in front of their units.
2. All other vehicles should park in guest spaces on a first come first serve basis.
3. Parking in the roadway or on the grass is not permitted.
4. Parking at the clubhouse is for user’s only, there is no overnight parking or storing vehicles.
5. center opens from 8am to 8pm with the exception of the restaurant which opens at 11am.

TRASH
6. Lake County Trash Collection for your community is Monday and Thursdays weekly.
7. Recycling trash pick-up is Mondays only.
8. Please ensure to place all trash in the containers provided.
9. No overflow is permitted and no trash should be stacked on top of containers.
10. No trash should be left at the curb.
