HURRICANE UPDATE: The pool is open and elevator is now back in service!

Please note: From July 2025 to January 2026, the building will be undergoing a significant renovation project. Be advised that during this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building, including balcony work, which will result in balcony closure during that time.
The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there will be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities. We have applied a discount to this unit during the construction time due to the inconvenience this will cause.

Great breeze

It was so relaxing just sit in the shade and view the ocean. Sunset was beautiful view. Love the location as we could view the ocean all around. The room however is twice the price of other units there.

Wonderful stay

We stayed July 9-16, 2022. This property exceded my expectations. All of the little extras that I don't normally find at other places was a plus. They had cleaning supplies, bandaids, cooking spray, and many other things that you find yourself needing on vacation but forget to take. The view was wonderful, the pool ,while a little small, was heavenly. Would definitely stay again.

This unit has an incredible view !!! Fully equipped with everything you might need, and more !!! If it's not there, you probably don't need it !!! I fell in love with it, when i first saw the listing !!! It was exactly as listed . Only 357 more sleeps until we return !!! We rebooked for next year immediately !!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location, with beautiful beach views and the balcony is a great place for relaxing. The building was relatively quiet, the pool area was clean and well maintained and the unit was nicely decorated. That said, there were a lot of annoyances. The freezer door hits the wall (poor design) so you can barely open it. There were teeny tiny bugs all over the bathroom counter. Having to pick up physical keys (and return them) to the rental office is a hassle (who doesn’t use a lock box in this day and age?) We found (and stepped on) glass on the living room rug when we checked in. There was a sign that said ‘Take a free goodie bag!’ but there was nothing there (not that I care but at least take the sign down!) The unit was definitely less well equipped than others I’ve stayed in (had to purchase paper towels, garbage bags, Kleenex). Nothing that would ruin your trip but with so many choices in the area, I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the positive side - great view and complex. Nice living and dining room area. Nice bathroom. Management Company was great to deal with. On the negative side - Inadequate floor and dish cleaning. Paper and sand on the floors. What appeared to be peanut butter on the floor in front of the couch. Food on the silverware. Bedroom was hot at night when temp was set on the recommended 70 degrees. Note was posted advising that turning the air below 70 degrees would freeze the coils. Mattress in poor shape. Mattress pad and sheets came off several times a night. Kitchen space akward... Refrigerator stuck out too far for counter depth making it difficult to get in and out of cabinets. Microwave extremely small. Several loose floor times. Bedroom curtain linning was stuck to the sliding glass doors. Almost all of these can easily addressed. Really hope they do, as this is a beautiful complex and nice end unit location.

Maintenance Issues - need addressed for what you pay to rent this unit.

A few maintenance issues that have been ignored. One of the hurricane covers viewing the beach side of the property was broken and in the closed state for our entire stay. It is clear that this has been broken and ignored over time. As luck would have it, there was a hurricane warning and all shutters needed to be closed and in the task of opening the other shutters the cover controls in the bedroom we are also in a broken state that required a significant effort to get open. Other ignored my issues were 3 light bulb needing replaced, the TV remote for the main area needed to be replaced which the property manager supplied and I configured and replaced willingly. Sadly, this is a beautiful condo with a fantastic location but the maintenance efforts are failing. The front door and the shower control both needed to be tightened and this would have been obvious to anyone checking..., and the final property issue was the elevator was out of service for most of all of our final 4 days including check out day. Had to carry all the heavy stuff down the stairs at 4A on departure day. This is clearly a property management maintenance issue that i.also shared with the management company. Did we enjoy ourselves, yes, but someone is asleep at the wheel.

I am sorry you had so many problems during your stay. As the property manager, we strive to address any and all problems in a timely manor. Unfortunately, we have no control over the elevator, that issue is the condominium associations problem. When we first learned the elevator was down, we did report it to the management company and we relied on them to fix the issues with the elevator as soon as possible. All other issues reported have been fixed.

Could use some new items

Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we stayed in this condo, love the view both off the front and side balcony however, the door locks DESPERATELY need to be changed, we couldn’t get it to lock or in lock so had to just use the deadbolt, needs new pots and pans and silverware, only had one spoon. I would probably consider switching cleaning services, the sheets were like sandpaper, even the second set we asked for AND there was a long black hair in between the flat and fitted sheet when I turned the bed down the sheets, the refrigerator wasn’t working when we got there and took about 10 hours to get cold.
