The perfect location being 3 miles from the beach, 1.5 miles to Bayside Resort (golfing and concerts) 2 miles to all of Fenwick's best restaurants to include Harpoon Hannah's, Catch 54, Papa Grandes and much more! 3 miles to Viking Golf & Go-Karts, and Thunder Lagoon Water Park.

After a long day at the beach, come home to a professionally decorated home, gourmet kitchen, and community pool! Spend your evenings at local restaurants or relax in the cozy screened in porch/patio and grill a perfect meal. Parking limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway.
