The space
The outdoor area is perfect for gatherings and watching the birds and lizards. The outdoor area features a BBQ grill where you can prepare dinner for the entire family, a dining table where you can enjoy your dinner, a large heated saltwater pool to have some fun, some loungers to sunbathe after swimming in the pool, and a seating area with a propane fire pit that turns the patio into a cozy place.

The kitchen offers lots of cabinet space and it’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen is stocked with both indoor and outdoor tableware. In this home, you can enjoy your family mealtimes in the kitchen bar as well as in the cozy dining area.

Each bedroom is equipped with a good quality mattress and a TV. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed. The rest of the bedrooms are equipped with queen-size and two twin-size beds (this can be convertted to a king with the supplies provided in closet). There is a sleeper sofa in the den for two additional guests and an office desk and printer for those looking for a getaway workstation.
Family friendly with alarms on sliding glass door and bathroom door leading to pool. Also, has a pool gate to be installed whenever needed (located in garage for guests).
The beach-style decorated home offers an open concept living area with high vaulted ceilings, sliding doors, a TV, and a pool table making it perfect for entertainment. In this home, you can enjoy your family mealtimes in the kitchen bar as well as in the cozy dining area. The dining table can accommodate up to six people.
Other things to note
You will be required to sign our rental agreement, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental agreement.

There is a $500 damage deposit that will be released back 14 days (or earlier) after stay if no damage is found. If there is any damage that happens during your stay, please reach out to let us know.

Routine maintenance is done on the property every week. You do not need to be present during any of these things. Grass/lawn maintenance and the pool cleaning. Pool cleaning is on Monday mornings and grass/lawn is usually Wed/Thursday depending on the weather.

Our property is pet-friendly. There is a separate pet fee that will be charged in addition to the accommodation costs after placing your reservation. A pet addendum has to be signed. No cats. Only dogs. 1 Dog, please let us know what kind of dog will be on the property. If there is any damage from the dog, a fee will be assessed after check out. No dogs are allowed in the pool. There will be additional charges if there is dog hair found in the pool.

Holidays:
NO check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation. Also, NO check-in nor check-out on Thanksgiving Thursday or Easter Sunday.
