We had a great week at this beach house! The house is walking distance to many great restaurants, breweries, shops, and, most importantly, the beach. The private pool was a huge hit with the kids and David was very helpful throughout our stay.

The location and home were amazing, and the host was very attentive, responding extremely quickly to any question we had.Everyone loved the pool and hot tub as well as the large kitchen and living area - a much-needed space to watch the Seahawks win over the Rams!

The home was very well kept and clean! Just enough space for the 8 of us. David was available at all hours and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were always met. Close enough to walk to the beach each day as well as shopping, ice cream, and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

GREAT PLACE AND LOCATION

DAVID WAS A GREAT HOST AND MADE HIMSELF AVAILABLE IF NEEDED. THE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN AND PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS. MY TODDLER GRANDAUGHTER LOVED IT. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

We loved the house...5 adults and 3 littles were very comfortable. My grands especially enjoyed the kids room with toys. We enjoyed the variety of games available.The house was clean and had a well supplied kitchen for cooking, plenty of linens, blankets, towels, and supplies.It was close to Sea World (we went), beach (a three block walk for us), and the airport (we flew out).The pool and yard were nice but we didn't have time to enjoy them. It's an older home, nicely remodeled, but retains it's original personality.There are lots of stores and eateries within walking distance.We all enjoyed the funky, little beach town vibe reminiscent of the '60's.If you're looking for a cute beachy area close to activities and food, you'll enjoy this house.David was an excellent host, quickly responding to our needs and questions.

Such a wonderful place to stay! Walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach, and the house itself felt spacious and wonderful to hang out at. The pool and hot tub were great! And the host was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend!
