This condo was a great location for our Loon Mountain Ski Trip. We enjoyed the open family room area and mudroom for ski equipment. It was close to the slopes as well as shopping.

The condo is perfect for skiing at Loon, it is in a great location. Also, the place is very comfortable and clean, with all you need! We had a great time and would love to go back again!

Mold - two bedrooms are in the basement where it smelled musty. One of the bedrooms had mold on the wall and the underside of both beds. We didn't use the downstairs and ended up sleeping on the floor/upstairs/sharing beds, slept terribly. Host returned half our money, claims they don't get messages through the platform and I should have called. We have people with asthma in our family so hope they remediate this for others. Unclear how this property has such high ratings given the condition of it.

It was clean and well appointed. There was plenty of room for the extended family.It was a little bit of a challenge to find the pool and the swimming hole. I would suggest that there be detailed instructions on how to find them. Once found, the swimming hole was a highlight for my grandchildren. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, well equipped, 1 minute from Loon Mountain!!

Great property !!! Enough space for 5 adults and 3 kids. Parking is in front of the property. Supermarket is 3 minutes away. Linda and Susan helped me with all my questions. Totally recommended!!! Perfect place to stay if you are planning to go to Loon mountain.

The communication with Loon Res was excellent. Very kind and helpful answering all my questions quickly. The kitchen of our condo was well stocked but bottom tray of dishwashing was missing a wheel foot. It was hard to use. We were very pleased with our accommodations but full dumpster in front of stairs was unattractive!

We had difficulty finding the unit ( paperwork said U114) but that’s not listed on the building. We called the number after hours, and she contacted the owner, who called us back immediately and helped us find the right unit. Courteous, polite, helpful. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Well stocked kitchen. Kids love the choice of movies downstairs. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Needs a deep cleaning

This place is roomy and full of bedrooms and bathrooms, which was great, however it was rather dirty and in need of a good, deep clean. (Aside from needing an overall clean, the downstairs bathroom hadn't been recently cleaned before we arrived.) The deck looked like it hadn't been cleaned all season. Furniture was in disarray and I had to wipe everything down and scrape a layer of dirt off the table. Easy checkout. Loved the location and it's not a bad place if it gets cleaned.

Family Vacation with Teens

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had 4 bedrooms, which was good for our group. The river was a big hit. We didn't really know which pool went with our condo and had to go scouting to find the river. There was no location maps for the grounds to help us navigate. The rental was okay and took care of our needs. The kitchen is overstocked with supplies, there is not enough room with more glasses and cookware then we could ever use. It also needs a deep clean. The deck is hazardous with peeling paint and exposed nails. It needs maintenance. The outdoor space of the deck was a big draw for us, but it was not very comfortable or inviting. The condo was quiet and safe and otherwise comfortable. Check out at 10am is very early and we would have loved an hour or two more.

Our apologize that locating the two available pools proved difficult as they were-are "On the Level below the townhouse closest to the river and immediately next to the tennis courts. Though the river is in truth a much more refreshing option, especially with "Lady's Bathtub", (a popular local swimming hole), is all but on property and best accessed from. As for the required check-out time, we realize it "comes early for some", yet housekeeping needs sufficient time in-between guest stays to re-make and re-set the property, with that 10am departure time clearly outlined through-out all of our paperwork. Then and last your noted concerns regarding housewares, housekeeping and maintenance have been flagged and noted for attention at next opportunity. Nice home for two families.

This townhouse was very clean and spacious. The 2 master bedrooms with attached bathrooms were perfect. The kids had 2 bedrooms downstairs with their own bathroom and living room, which they loved! My only recommendation would be to bring extra washcloths/towels depending on how long you're staying. In the description it states linens and towels included. We were given 1 washcloth and 1 towel per person. We spent 3 nights so 1 washcloth was not sufficient. Next time we would bring our own from home. I did not notice in the description of the property that we should bring extra from home, but I was told when checking out today that it's in there. Otherwise very happy with our stay. Plenty of room for 2 families. Our group had 4 adults and 4 kids and we never felt cramped. Beautiful location with plenty of hiking trails as well.

With two living areas and three and 1/2 bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck, which overlooks the woods and from which you can hear the river. As a major bonus, the upstairs bedrooms feature A/C—a huge plus, as many other properties we considered did not have this.A huge thank you to Linda at the property management company, who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect match for our group. She spent a lot of time with us truly understanding what we were looking for and discussing various property options until we found the right one.A quick note on supplies: Be sure to come prepared, as amenities are minimal. The liquid soap dispensers were all empty (only small bar soaps were provided), and there are exactly eight bath towels and no pool towels. On the plus side, there were plenty of paper products available!
