If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.

There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

My wife and I really enjoyed or stay. The unit was clean with plenty of closet and dresser space coral our clothes. The bed and furniture was very comfortable . The location was the best thing about it all. Steps from the beach! Will definitely be back.

The apartment is quiet and well located. The view of the beach is superb. On the minus side, the furniture and decor are old and shabby, and not attractive; the heating/cooling fan is too loud to keep on at night; the layout of the unit is strange, involving a long narrow corridor between bedroom and bathroom and another bathroom door that opens directly onto the kitchenette; a kitchenette stocked with absolutely nothing (not even basics like salt & pepper, sugar, mustard, etc., and has only one teaspoon in the grab-bag collection of mismatched cutlery). We paid 330 per night, For that ambitious price we expected a higher standard of accommodation. The owner is responsive enough, although I had to ask three times before we got an extra roll of toilet paper beyond the two rolls of the cheapest flimsiest TP imaginable that were there when we arrived. The maps in the unit are from 2018… kind of strange in the hospitality industry. This place needs a lot more attention to and investment in quality, considering what the owner is charging.

This location is incredible. Steps from the beach and if you don’t feel like playing in the sand, there’s a pool right outside your door. Plenty of outdoor tables and umbrellas to enjoy. Managers and staff were very helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be back.

Great location to the beach!

You can’t get closer than this as far as Holmes Beach! Convenient for mid day lunch in the condo as well as walking over for morning breakfast or evening entertainment at sunset. Skinny’s across the street is an added plus since we love their burgers. Publix is also very convenient. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. We would suggest some curtains for the bedroom as the sun comes in early. Overall a great place to stay!

You can’t be the location…literally 2 minute walk to the beach. Steps away from The All You Can Eat Pancakes restaurant and Skinny’s is a 2 minute walk across the street. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom and some of the dishes we discovered in the cupboards had been, I assume, put away wet and had mold growing in them. Communication with host was slow and we found it very disappointing that our request of an additional roll of toilet paper, was met with the response of, “We do not operate as a hotel and we only provide one roll.” Although, I agree they are not a hotel, they are still in the hospitality business and a simple thing of making sure a few rolls of tp are on hand for a guest staying for 6 days, would be an expectation.

This building is now white not orange like what's on the post. This was in a perfect location. The backyard is the beach as well as AMI Beach Cafe. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store. Free trolley was amazing. Used it several times. We were rarely in the unit. It wasnt spectacular but location beats everything else. I would probably stay here again because of the price. Everywhere else was extremely expensive. Then again you pay for what you get. eexcellent.

Amazing Location! I Repeat, Amazing Location!

So the condo is clean and nice. It's not modern or fancy but it is comfortable. Parking is convenient and the location is AMAZING. It's just steps to the beautiful beach and you can walk to everything. There are two restaurants/bars within 100 yards. A short 5-10 minute walk leads you to a grocery store, additional restaurants, and a small park for our little dog to run and do his business. My only minor complaint was the condo had a faintly musty odor. It was a minor inconvenience and would not prevent me from returning. The host was attentive and easy to work with. This place is an old Florida gem.

Location was great. Near beach, central location on island ,great casual restaraunt and bar nearby on beach. The place could use some tlc. Sofas didn’t feel clean, the back closet was really dirty so didn’t hang anything in there. Need to get your own chairs and umbrella there’s were rusted and broken we bought new ones and left them there but doubt they are still there . Faucet in tub looked like it had grease? On it. Do NOT count on trolley system not ever on schedule usually every 45 minute and u don’t know when it left !! Rent a car. or golf cart on the island
