The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place bins with used linens back in the garage or out front for pickup. Do not put quilts or pillow shams in with the linens - leave them on the beds. These are serviced by a different vendor.
Please return the thermostats to 72 degrees (summer) or 70 degrees (winter)
Please let us know of any maintenance issues that you have not already informed us about!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Stunning Property, Thoughtful Hosts

This property was beautifully maintained and just steps from the beach. It was stocked with items that made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient. From the items included in the kitchen to the shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, to the beach chairs in the garage, no details were lacking. The house is situated for great views and convenience to everything you could need on Topsail Island. We had a wonderful stay, and the hosts were very thoughtful and responsive. Would recommend highly!!! my children are begging to stay there again!
