Boats shown in pictures will not be at Dock unless told Otherwise. Ability to Expand Dock Use to 100 ft of Dock. "Yellow House" Next Door Could be Rented to Allow an Expanded Multifamily Experience With 2 house, 5 bedrooms, and 100 ft of dock. No generator.
