Our gated Montecito home has 3 bedrooms each w/King or Queen bed + 4 baths + a separate office. Located on a quiet private lane in the heart of Montecito, it is walking distance from the Montecito Village shops and restaurants, and minutes from the beach and hiking trails. Surrounded by large estates and oak woodland, the property offers maximum privacy in a central location.
A jacuzzi on the mountain-view terrace is ideal for star-gazing. The 1.5 acre park-like grounds include fountain, gazebo, rose gardens + barbecue. Sunlight and the sounds of a tinkling fountain fill the living spaces.
The office has a separate entry, bath, kitchenette + 1 GBS internet.
The entire property is exclusively available to our guests.
2- or 3-month rental preferred.
