Such a beautiful home. Lots of detail and character! Plenty of supplies and amenities. The house was clean and we had a very easy check-in and check-out with the owner being responsive when we had questions. Close to beaches, shops, restaurants and very easy navigate the area. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. Although the house is a bit older, the property itself is stunning and offers a fantastic layout for multiple families, especially with kids. There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The host/owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and the neighborhood is right in the middle of Montecito with easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. We enjoyed our time here and would love to return in the future.

When we arrived, the cleaning crew was still cleaning. The house was not ready for clients. Overall, the house was not clean to hotel standards. There were junks, trashes from previous stays left in the yard around the pool and spa. The pool was green with some sort of algea that host could not get rid of. The front door was not operational and had a gaping whole where the door knob normally is. The shower in the master bath was filthy. There were 5 bedrooms with 6 bath. Not 6 bedrooms and 7 bath as showed on VRBO Website, The house was also rife with spider webs.It was a great neighborhood with many beautiful large mansions....this mansion looked like something out 1960 horror show that had not been maintained throughout that time. The spa was on a timer 6-9pm. Two nights we had to call host to have them turn it on. One of the bathrooms in the lower area of the house did not have hot water. The cleaners came in one day before we were scheduled to leave. The they came into the house early before 9:00am on the day we were scheduled to leave.There was 1 picture of the nice light and table of the yard that listed on VRBO that need to take off because it clearly was not on this property. Overall, the cleaning is not meet the expectations of VRBO.

What a great house! Location was spot on to everything we wanted to experience.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need and more.We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub.If the hot tub is not on when you arrive just request it to be turned on.Communication with host was very easy. I did have a few questions and David always got back to me very quickly.I would recommend this home for a family vacation.This was our families first time to SB area it was so beautiful! July is a great month to visit.

This home is really amazing. I love all the woodwork and lighting. There is plenty of windows and doors and is dog friendly. Everything is available for use in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our family and dogs had an amazing time.
