The condo is located ocean front on the Summethouse campus in Crescent Beach! It has a beautiful sandy beach with walking distance to the Matanzas Inlet! It can stand to have a refresher of the bath and kitchen towels. Otherwise, the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking and snacks!

Summer House 104

The wife, myself and our two boys stayed 4 nights at this condo. We were on the ground floor which is just steps from the wooden steps to the beach and has a great view of the ocean from the family room kitchen and master bedroom. Place was clean when we arrived and everything worked. Kitchen was well stocked with all you need to prepare full meals. I really have no complaints. This condo is managed by a management company, people were super nice when we picked up the keys, when we left the unit we dropped keys in a lock box at their location. One suggestion, may be to install key pads on the unit front doo and eliminate the need for the short trip to pick up and drop off keys. Loved the place would stay there again!
