Tier 1. Beautifully renovated ocean view townhouse condo! Completely remodeled two bedroom, two and 1/2 bath. The unit has a TV in each bedroom and living room mounted. King bed in the master with private bathroom, guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bottom bunk and private bathroom. Washer and dryer in the hallway between bedrooms. This corner unit has extra windows to supply the beautiful Florida sun to brighten up the entire unit. Fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar and keurig. Everything you could need to enjoy a relaxing vacation can be found in unit #111!
The property has pickleball, tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard and many other amenities for outside enjoyment. Four temperature regulated pools, one in each phase, private beach walkovers, as well as pavilions with public grills to use!!
