Great space, comfortable home, fun stuff for the kids and adults. No complaints or “wish list” things. Would stay again any time. ATT phone signal not great so write down the door codes before you arrive. Other than that great experience.

Had a get together with 3 families for a total of 12 people. Easy communication with Rick. Check-in process was smooth. Movie room and game room were huge hits with the kids and adults! Loved the fire pit and hot tub. We all appreciated how many clean linens/towels/blankets were available for use. Had a great stay! Thank you!

The house was clean and inviting, with music playing upon our arrival. Everything was laid out clearly in the binder, and the house itself exceeded our expectations. My kids really enjoyed the hot tub, the movie room and the video games! I appreciated plenty of space to spread out and a quiet place upstairs to read away from the video games and movies! Rick was quick to respond when we needed something, and the home had a nice little pantry with things you need but don't want to buy while staying short term. We had a lovely stay, and would definitely stay here again! The river park down the road was a daily visit for us, my littler kids loved looking for rocks and creatures in the water, and it was a great place to start the day. We highly recommend, and would stay again!

When we got there the house was not clean but the hosts were able to get a maid out there ASAP for us and had it cleaned. They were very apologetic about the situation. Rick was very kind. The hot tub was drained and refilled so that made it so we couldn’t use the hot tub the first day we stayed because it was too cold. Not sure if that was due to lack of cleaning earlier or if that is a regular occurrence. Just something to consider. The games were fun. Beautiful home. Good location.

We processed a refund for this Guest without them having to ask for it. Our Guest stayed during the SPOKANE WILDFIRES disaster. Over 900 Spokane structures and homes were destroyed by the wildfires. We are very sorry for any inconvience caused and are are thankful this home and it's surrounding nearby areas went untouched by the wildfires. I later was told original housekeeper scheduled to clean may have been ordered to evacuate their home. I personally went over and met with our house-guests. Two (2) housekeepers quickly arrived after notification and cleaned both house and hot-tub. Thank you. Kindest Regards, Rick.

The house was perfect for the occasion we were in Spokane for. The wedding was amazing and everyone enjoyed all the entertainment the house had to offer. Instructions and messaging were very clear and easy to understand. I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying again if we head back to Spokane.

We had a wonderful stay at this home while visiting Spokane for a graduation. Although we didn’t have a lot of time to fully enjoy all of the amenities, the house itself was fantastic. It was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group of six so everyone could spread out and relax.Our granddaughter especially loved the arcade room and air hockey table, which was a big hit during our downtime. The location was also very convenient; it was only about a 20-minute drive to downtown Spokane.Rick was a wonderful host. He was very accommodating, stayed in contact throughout the booking process, and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this home to others visiting the area.
