The house was very clean, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. I was attending a conference while my wife had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool. The pool area was great, with toys, comfortable pool seating, and everything we needed.The entire house was very well organized, clean, and thoughtfully set up. We felt very comfortable during our stay and really loved the property. Would definitely stay here again!

This was just what we were looking for! Having a pool in August was an absolute must. The umbrella and pool loungers in the water is the best! We used everything, the ping pong table, throwing bags and the air hockey table. There were plenty of towels and swim towels. The kitchen had all that we needed and more. The living room couch was cozy and had comfy pillows and blankets. The beds were comfortable and had good bedding and pillows. It was so nice to have a covered parking area so the car could have some shade. The owner had great communication. We would definitely rent again and hope to be back soon!

The house was in a great location for our stay. We were visiting our daughter at ASU and this was very convenient to campus. The nearby park was great for morning walks and it was nice to spend relaxing afternoons in a private pool/lounging area versus a crowded hotel in Tempe.
