The main floor features a Queen guest bedroom with a flat-screen TV, a full bathroom with a shower stall, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops—perfect for preparing meals. Step out onto the main floor deck to savor stunning Gulf views while enjoying the fresh sea breeze. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, a charcoal grill. Parking for up to four vehicles is available in the private garage.

On the second floor, the Queen Master Suite is a true sanctuary with a private deck offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf. The suite also features a cozy sitting area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a custom double-sink vanity and shower stall. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom offers three twin beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located in the hall.

This is a great house for our large family. The location is superb. Easy to get anywhere. We so appreciated they had an array of beach items that we used along with ours. The only negative I have is they had a very large pantry to store all our food in and it was not accessible as it was locked off. So we resorted to the counter top. Inconvenient, but we made it work.

Sea Side Villa was as described and was beautiful. Questions were answered timely. The showers had good water pressure and bathrooms were clean. We were literally on the beach which was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay at Sea Side Villa. The man room is so nice and open with plenty of seating. The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well equipped (we make most of our own meals for the entire week). The walk to the beach is so nice with the boardwalk. We did order beach service which I am glad we did as there wasn’t many beach seats at the house (but it isn’t advertised as having any—just sometimes the houses have a lot of seating in their storage) Overall, would definitely recommend this beach house!

This was a wonderful place to stay and we will be back. The only thing we didnt find was a dust pan and we bought a crock pot to cook in for the 9 of us. We gave it to our niece after the wedding for her daughter.

We would definitely come back to this location. We have been coming to this area the past few years and this location was the best one yet. Great size house and being right on the beach.

Perfect Getaway to relax

We had a wonderful stay at Seaside Villa. The house was comfortable and clean. Perfect location. The beach was beautiful and so close to the house. The house had everything we needed to relax and unwind at the beach.

Fantastic Property!

This was our first time staying in Navarre and although the weather wasn’t on our side the location and property were perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, we had plenty of linens, and everything was clean any tidy. We really enjoyed being right on the beach and being able to watch the sunrise and sunset.

Family vacation

The house is exactly as it says beautiful with beautiful views of the gulf. Plenty of room for everyone. The breezway makes it so easy to get all your things to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to our friends.

Wow! We have stayed in dozens of beach houses over the years…Sea Side is definitely our new favorite! Spotless, well appointed, with easy and private beach access. Just amazing! We already have plans for coming back next year.

Top notch!

This property is exactly as listed. Very roomy for 6 adults, 4 children, and an infant. The master bedroom has a vented closet big enough to comfortably fit the pack and play for our 4 month old. The location could not be beat and the boardwalk to the beach is brand new and our wagon easily rode up and down it. We would definitely stay here again!

Sea Side Villa is awesome!

This place was amazing!! It perfectly accommodated our family of eight adults and one toddler. It was clean and bright and well maintained. The beds were comfortable with plenty linens. Also lots of nice towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and pots and pans. On top of all of this is the view. The beautiful gulf is just out your back door.

Wonderful property. ~100 feet from the property line to the water. Good owners. Very firm beds-probably good for people who like that, but it’s not for everyone.

This property is beautiful! I could not have asked for a better stay or location. Four bedroom, three bathroom. Huge dining room table with 10 chairs. They have a high chair if you need it. There is a pack and play in the closet of one of the bedrooms, if you need it. There are beach accessories in the storage room underneath the house. The beach is practically private, with only other renters of townhomes next to you on the beach. I just cannot say enough. Absolutely stunning!

Highly recommended. The outdoor shower area at the base of the stairs was an unexpected treat, especially if you have kids coming back from the beach.
