✦With our cabins being in the woods, we want you to be aware of bugs and wildlife. Bees and other bugs, squirrels, deer, and BLACK BEARS might be observed here, so we want you to be cautious.

✦Check with us for early check-in availability
✦6 Person Hot tub is for adults only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
✦No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
✦Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
✦Soaps, shampoos, towels, tea, and coffee are provided.
✦Absolutely no fires inside the cabin or outside! Only fire in the fire pit is
allowed. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
✦No late check-out. Cleaners are on strict schedule. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

Please strip each bed of all its linens and sheets except for decorative pillows They are easy to damage so the cleaning lady will do it herself

We are kindly asking our guests to load all used towels and start the washer though it is not mandatory.
🗑️ Garbage:
Please take the garbage out. You can throw it at the dump station across 3888 Cosby Hwy, Cosby, Mon-Sat.
