The house was very spacious and clean. My kids loved the game room. The hot tub was great in the evening. View of the mountains was beautiful. The drain in the tub needed to be fixed. The grass around the fire pit was pretty tall. If you plan to go to Gatlinburg it's a bit of a drive time wise but an easy drive. It was very quiet and private.

The house was just as we expected it would be, including a wonderful view of the mountains while sitting on the rockers on the front porch! Clean, cozy, all appliances in excellent working order. Cosby (the quiet side of the Smokey Mountains as they publicize) is situated about 30-40 minutes away from the hustle & bustle of Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. The property is quite large and although there are a few surrounding houses, it's quiet & privacy is excellent. We enjoyed a few nights out front around the fire pit that they have, thanks to a great supply of firewood provided. If you bring a dog, just beware that some of the locals allow their dogs to roam about freely.

Stay was great! Cabin was as advertised and very well kept inside. We found ourselves enjoying the great view from the front porch qhite alot. The only 2 things that could gave been better were that the grass around the chairs and fire pit out front was a bit too tall to sit there. Grass had just been recently mowed around it.(Not a big deal). Also, the ladies were wishing for a full length mirror somewhere as they do when there getting dressed up for any formal event. All being said, the place was awesome!

Thank you for staying! We have repaired the hot tub leak! You had declined service during your stay but the hose was there so that you could refill the hot tub as it was used.
