Fantastic and nearly-new condominium in gated community, upgraded floors, tiled baths and attached garage. Located in resort-quality neighborhood across from the heated pool, spa and BBQ. This ground floor condominium unit has a golf course view of the 18 hole, Greg Nash designed, championship Superstition Springs Golf Course.

Master Bedroom has a double bed and second bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The living area is fully furnished with a 32' flat screen tv; including a full kitchen and dining area.

Superstition Lakes is conveniently located with over 100 golf courses in the Phoenix area including 25 courses within a 20 minute drive. Over 40 restaurants, a 25 screen cinema, a 100+ store shopping mall, Wal-Mart, Starbucks and several grocery stores are all within a 5 minute drive.

Popular Arizona tourist attractions including the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Tucson and the mountains and lakes are only a day trip away. Mexico is an easy drive to the south

Christmas vacation

Dishes and silverware in the cabinets were dirty. Cleanliness of entire condo was filthy. The smell from the lakes was horrible. The pillows were flat. Fireplace was out of order. Washer needs replaced. We will not be back.

Great stay!

This condo was perfect! Everything we needed was provided and we didn't "want" for anything. The unit had updated furnishings including décor and furniture. This location is close to stores and restaurants, and many are within walking distance. The pictures provided do not do justice to the living space and accommodations. You will not be disappointed here.

January 2020 Mesa Get-Away

The condo was in a great location—close to everything—shopping, restaurants, bars, grocery store, etc. The condo is nice but could use some TLC—good deep cleaning, fresh paint, and some updates. The property owner was very good to work with. We stayed there a month and would stay there again.
