Very nice townhouse and surprisingly well-appointed with guests in mind. Books, blue-tooth speaker, bikes, beach gear, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable hang-out spaces. Host was friendly and very responsive. A short walk to the beach and close to groceries and shopping. A great stay.

An awesome location near a less crowded part of the beach, very short and easy/safe walk! Spent Memorial Day Weekend here and we’re so happy to see they had everything we needed! They provided more than most beach places we’ve stayed, which saved us some room in the car. They allowed us the use of a great wagon for beach supplies, plus the chairs, boogie boards, and a nice umbrella! Lots of thoughtful touches including multiple coffee/tea choices, a drawer of spices you usually have to bring with you, and a kind welcome basket. Worked really well for our family of 4! Would recommend.

Everything was perfect! The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything that you needed and more. I loved the short walk to the beach and the fenced in backyard was huge with having brought our dogs! We will definitely be staying here again!

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect spot for our weekend get away! Quiet neighborhood in the best location for restaurants/bars. My fur-babies loved it and we were just a short walk from the beach. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit!!

Jacksonville Baseball

This was by far one of the best places we've stayed at in Florida when we come every year. The proximity to the beach, stores, food as well as entertainment was perfect. We had one issue, and it was taking care of promptly. If in Jacksonville, will definitely stay here again!
