Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must sign the owners lease and House Rules and submit a copy of their government issued ID to the owner. Keep A/C at 78 degrees when away.
No Vaping or smoking allowed.
Pull grill away from structures before using. Garbage can to curb Tuesdays and Fridays. Make sure the cans are brought back to the home same day.

This home was so beautiful and clean. I was pleasantly surprised how cute and well decorated and comfortable this home was. The surrounding neighborhood was safe and inviting. We loved it! The host was so nice and accommodating and responded very quickly to any of my questions. We will be using this home again for sure, and will be telling our family and friends. PS They also added a really cute touch of Christmas lights on the front porch which my grandaughter loved.!

Amazing!

The villa was so clean. The beds were the comfiest we have ever slept in. The hosts were amazing and couldnt do enough for us. The communication and help from them was second to none. They really went above and beyond! The kitchen was brand new and there was plenty of room for everything we needed. Thank you so much and we cant wait to come back to stay again next year!

Scott is from Kalispell, Montana where we live and I'm (Bobbie) from Fort Pierce. We love both Kalispell and Fort Pierce. We just refurbished my mom's house and decided to short term rent it through VRBO. We also have another home nearby that has been on VRBO since 2019, it has a 5 star rating. We love for guest to come enjoy the real Florida! Our beaches are incredible and the fishing is great!!

Why they chose this property

Our home is close to all amenities, yet has a country calm atmosphere. It's located on the south end of Fort Pierce adjacent to Port St. Lucie, just minutes to beaches and fun restaurants. We love the North Jetty State Park, but there are so many great beaches that are close by. As well as multiple golf courses and fishing opportunities. Our home has everything you'll need to get your vacation started.
