Hi Ruthi, I am very sorry to hear about the items listed in your review. We pride ourselves on providing a great clean experience for every guest. That being said, I reached out to you two times during your stay to make sure all was well and both times you didn’t respond. Had you let us know about the propane and hot tub we could have sent someone out immediately to ensure you could use the hot tub, and refill the propane. The hot tub is serviced before each stay but we also have a full team nearby who could have solved all these problems for you. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, crock pot, baking supplies, spices, and all the utensils needed. The only items we do not have are a blender and mixer. As for the cameras, we only have cameras on the outside of the property for your protection and for damage/liability protection. They are stationed above the front and back entrance to the home, and then two more on the sides of the home. This is standard home security procedure which helps keep the home and guests safe.
