The host was welcoming and communicated with us very well, the location is great and easy to get to. The condo we stayed in, is steps away from the beach… wonderful.

It was an absolute pleasure hosting this lovely family! They truly embraced the island vibe, treated our tropical retreat with great care, and left the apartment spotless and well maintained. Communication was seamless, and their warmth made hosting them a joy. We would gladly welcome them back anytime for another island escape—our doors are always open! 🌺🌊☀️

What stood out is the unbelievable attention that this particular host gives to her customers. Aquátika has its challenge, with electric , cable and water service but this host goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable!! I e been here twice and I’ll be back !

Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words and for choosing to stay with us again, it truly means the world to us. 💛 We can occasionally experience challenges with island utilities like electricity, cable, and water. As many know, Puerto Rico continues to face struggles with grid stability, something even Bad Bunny helped bring global attention to during the Super Bowl live halftime show. That said, we are always proactive in making sure our guests remain comfortable. We are currently in the process of installing a battery backup system to keep the apartment powered during sporadic outages, so our guests can enjoy even greater peace of mind during their stay. Your understanding, positivity, and loyalty mean so much to us. It has been an absolute pleasure hosting you both times, and we are already looking forward to welcoming you back again!

We enjoyed a week here. The property was clean and well maintained. My only complaint would be the waits at the gate for security to let you in when we got back from exploring . We often got stuck behind people checking in which is about a 5 min process per car checking in. I would suggest cars checking in pull to the side so others coming back can just show their brackets to get through. I witnessed long lines at the gate on several occasions.

Amazing stay!

Our stay was perfect! My family and I arrived late in the day and check-in was still a breeze. The unit was extremely clean and well furnished. We really appreciated the fact that there were dryer sheets, laundry and dishwashing pods for our use. The beach was perfect for us and access to other great Puerto Rico locations was very convenient. We hope to stay again soon!

Great place- clean and very convenient

Really great place, located at the very north end of the property by the beach. It would have been great to have more comfortable chairs or couch on the patio, and the hallway bath shower tends to allow water to seep across the floor (needs to be sealed at the base) but otherwise no complaints! Very clean, well equipped, beds pretty comfortable.

Hi Phil: We aim to please our guests. We have scheduled maintenance to address sealing the glass shower stall. We are also considering your feedback for a makeover of the porch that includes more comfortable chairs or a sectional couch. We truly appreciate and value your honest feedback and hope to see back again soon. It is because of honest feedback and implemented improvements that our unit will continue to shine. We just replaced the microwave and blender based on another guest’s feedback and hope you will be back for complimentary tropical piña 🍍 colada. Best regards, Carmen

Perfect vacation condo

We absolutely appreciated the extra amenities provided in this condo. Extra things like the shampoo, aloe Vera and bug spray just showed that the host really wanted you to have everything even something’s that you might not have considered were ticked off in the cabinets. I’ve stayed in lots of VRBOS and this is by far the most enjoyable with host help and amenities plus cleanliness. Absolutely recommend this place!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We had an amazing time during our stay! Carmen was a wonderful host and her property was amazing! She was very thoughtful and provided many useful items like sunscreen, towels, bug spray, pool and sand toys and many other items. It was close to the beach and the beach was always very clean and beautiful. There were several local eateries and hidden beaches that we enjoyed going to. I would happily stay here again!!

Perfect for a family of 6

Absolutely loved our stay. Just steps from the beach and multiple heated swimming pools. The apartment was impeccably clean and beautiful. It had everything a family might need: fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, even beach toys and floats for the kids to borrow. Carmen, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions. 100% recommend it without hesitation.

Beautiful condo that's just a few steps away from the ocean. There really isn't much of a need to leave the condo at all with all the other activities included at the complex. The host definitely went above and beyond to accommodate us! I very highly recommend this place!

Nice place, very spacious on own private beach.

It was a nice place. The private beach was ok but on the smaller side. Everything else was wonderful. Only part was traveling a decent amount to get to places if you want to do other things. I give the place itself a 5 star as far a view and cleanliness. Whole entire apartment was nice. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and very nice and updated. Highly recommend

Thanks so much for the great review! We’re really happy to hear you enjoyed the apartment, especially the view and how clean and updated everything was. Totally understand the note about travel time—it’s a bit tucked away, but we hope the peace and quiet made up for it. The beauty of staying on the island, away from busy streets and traffic, makes this place a beachfront gem when it comes to peaceful bliss. We’d love to have you back anytime!

Best condo location

The condo was clean and steps away from the beach. Our host recommended some great dining options and things to do. I planned this trip from my daughter sweet sixteen and she loved it! We were never bored and tried everything from the park with a swing set to the pool, hot tub, beach and even volleyball. The condo was clean and supplied with shampoo and conditioner. Everything we needed was there and a little convenience store outside the resort. It was a lovely stay and best location to see the ocean from bed.
