Reviewer Comments:
This could have been a five star review as the place and the amenities were great but they advertised the unit as non-smoking when clearly it had not been. When we arrived it smelled intensely of cigarettes. I am allergic so I immediately contacted the office to be told it was from another unit and they had cleaned ours but I highly the doubt that such an intense an ongoing smell could be from abother unit. They seemed unwilling to do anything about it, it was more a "sorry but too bad response." Needless to say both myself and my two kids got extremely sick. Both of them threw up. Not fun. Please just be honest and say the building was previously smoked in so people can make informed decisions about where to stay.
Less than 2 blocks from the water and the property was well stocked, clean, and a great experience. Pool had limited hours due to staffing but was due to the HOA and not Goldfish Property. All in all, a good stay and we would book again here.

Reviewer Comments:
Forest Pines property that was generally very comfortable, but in need of maintenance. The morning after checking in, we noticed issues with getting both showers running, and one knob was completely detached. Maintenance responded fairly quickly, but didn't effectively repair the issue. Before we left, we noticed water leaking from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs bathroom whenever upstairs toilet was flushed.

Good condo for getting up to the mountains. Easy location for shopping, skiing, beach, walks, gambling.
Clean unit, with most everything we needed. Nothing is perfect but would stay here again without hesitation.
Excellent location and the townhome was confit. So the only use found was with the shower that didn’t work well at the beginning but the property manager respond quick to fix the problem
We liked the property. Quiet and great location. Could use extra towels and soap with Covid.
We loved our stay. Just need a few more items such as towels and soap would be nice and more trash bags. Had to buy our own as we ran low on everything quickly. But we would stay again.
Quiet neighborhood close to both Kings Beach and Sand Harbor, with all the amenities. Thank you to Goldfish Properties for accommodating all our needs. My kids enjoyed stand up paddle boarding and renting bikes from Vista Trail rentals a few blocks away
Excellent communication with Sue our property manager. A few details needed attention upon arrival and they were taken care of quickly.
Only downside, there was no internet.

A great location, two blocks from the Lake. Very comfortable and a nicely equiped kitchen. The only downside, it had no internet. Our property manager was very attentive in seeing that some minor details were taken care of quickly.

Clean but needs updating/No Wi-Fi
This property didn’t have the nice touches I’m used to from home away. The main room was ok, but the bathrooms and bedrooms were old and not nice at all. The sheets and linens were old and cheap, furniture old and the bathrooms were in need of updating. Was not happy with this stay.
Apartment was very clean and inviting and we really enjoyed staying there. The only recommendation that I could make would be to provide washcloths. The stay was stellar!
Very nice condo. Quite. Clean. Beautiful setting. Good location near stores, restaurants, casinos and spectacular Lake Tahoe. I love food and cooking so I prepared dinner two nights for the five of us. Kitchen adequately equipped with tableware, cooking utensils, pot, pans, etc. Cable tv, landline phone but no WiFi service.
The property was nice, however some of the items in the Unit do need replacing, such as sheets, pillows, blankets and pots/pans which have seen better days. Convenient location and a very quiet area. Not sure what the deal is on the clubhouse but the spa /steam room is only available between 4-6 pm, provided the door to the clubhouse is unlocked. I was also wondering why there were no washcloths in any of the bathrooms. I was told by other
people in my family who stayed at different rentals in the area that they had no washcloths either, must be a Nevada thing??
Condo was very clean and in a great location. Made for Ameritech getaway.

Great getaway!
We enjoyed our getaway. One of the unique things about this condo is that it is right next to the complex’s pool and sauna - might get loud in the summer but PERFECT if you want to take part in the fun. Thanks!
