Stunning balcony sunsets, Walk mins to 2 beaches - Lil' piece of Heaven!

Picture yourself grabbing a cup of coffee in the morning and sitting outside in our tall adirondack chairs and looking at the calm of the Santa Rosa Sound. You may even get a glimpse of some dolphins! Just head out the back steps to the Sound if you need calm waters for the children when the waves are too rough in the Gulf or you can try out the paddle board you may have rented. You can head down the front stairs to the pool at the front of the complex or cross the street to go to the Gulf of Mexico. The area has plenty of activities to offer. Fishing or just walking on the pier to see marine life. See a turtle at the turtle sanctuary, it's near the pier. A 50 acre zoo is within 5 miles. You can rent bicycles, scooters, paddle boards, jet skis, and pontoon boats, all nearby.
If you wish to cook your own meals, we have provided plenty of kitchen items, even seasonings. If cooking is not your thing, there's 4 restaurants on the island you can try out.
Best of all we have great sunsets from our balcony to finish your days!

Great Stay in Navarre

Great property, between the bay and the ocean, close to everything in Navarre. Host had a basket of items that you could use if you forgot something, toothbrush, makeup wipes etc. I would definitely rent this property again!

Great location, relaxing area.

Convenient location, quick walk to the beach and several restaurants. Condo was nicely decorated and stocked with plenty of kitchen and laundry essentials. Enjoyed soaking up the sun on the private balcony.

Great Location and Great Views

Loved the location! I've never stayed on the sound side and it was fantastic. Not crowded, not noisy, unit location was great, beds were comfy, hosts were very responsive. Would definitely consider visiting again.

The central hub to our perfect vacation!!

This wonderful condo checked all of the boxes on our list of needs/wants for vacation! The location could not have been more central to all of the activities we enjoyed - and just a few minutes to walk to beaches on the sound and gulf sides! We hit both of them every day! The condo was perfectly set up to enjoy meals and play games at the breakfast bar. And the sunsets from the balcony were amazing! Joanne & John were wonderful and responsive hosts. We hope to make it back for another visit!!

We have owned our unit since 2016. We rented for four years on VRBO as a Premier Host till 2019. After several upgrades to our unit, we are renting again.
We love staying at our condo and doing things in the surrounding area. When we're there, we like to go for daily walks to the pier and either of our beaches. Also we like to sit on our balcony and listen to music while watching the best sunsets! Our condo is truly our "Lil' piece of heaven".

Why they chose this property

Start your mornings with a cup of your preferred beverage, out on our balcony. We have a great view of the Sound. You might even catch sight of a dolphin or two. How about renting a jet ski, pontoon boat, or paddle board. Want some exercise? Take a walk to the longest pier on the Gulf, Navarre Pier. You never know what marine life you'll see there. Rather go swim in the pool or the Gulf of Mexico? Just head to the pool or cross Gulf Blvd to reach the Gulf beach. If you have small children and need calm water, the sound side beach is great. It's just a short distance from our rear breezeway staircase. Just follow the path along the back sand dunes.
During season you can listen to live music at Juana's Pagoda or maybe catch the Tunes on the Dunes free concert series. For family fun take the kids to the turtle sanctuary. Hungry? Go eat at Windjammers on the Pier, Juana's, Andy D's, or The Beach House. But make sure to watch a sunset or two from our balcony. They are THE BEST!
No matter your vacation style, we hope you will choose our condo and get to enjoy the area as much as we do.
