Nice stay

Had a very pleasant stay at this rental. Most definitely will book again! Although I may add that the lock on the master bedroom should be fixed due to difficulties getting in and out. Overall loved the house!

A/C issues

Downstairs (sitting/dining area and kitchen) is nicely furnished and comfortable. Upstairs (bedrooms and bath) could use some TLC. A/C never got cool enough for sleeping comfortably during hot August nights. Ceiling fans got a workout. Often-mentioned (in prior reviews) door latch between bathroom and larger bedroom is still stuck.

A cute home with good basics

Was in town to do college visits with my teen, with my mother/her grandma tagging along. A good base within walking distance (20 min) or quick bus ride (5-10 min) of Rittenhouse Square and city center. Beds extremely comfortable, appreciated the board games (we played epic games of Jenga), and overall vibe. Owner was extremely communicative and was understanding when we requested if we could drop our bags in the morning when the crew was still cleaning up so we didn't have to bring our luggage with us on a college tour! Only thing that I would have wanted is more toiletries in the main bathroom. Hand soap and soap in the shower were provided, but there's no shampoo. Not a big deal; we walked to Target some blocks away and were able to get some (then left them there). Would definitely stay again.
