Welcome to our cozy home! Our place is the perfect getaway for all travelers, whether you're looking for a weekend trip or an extended holiday. Nestled in the heart of Colorado Springs, our home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere and plenty of amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Right on the corner of a cul-de-sac with gorgeous views of the eastern front of the Rocky Mountains including Pikes Peak. And a brand new deck to soak it all in. Three-sided gas fireplace - just flip the switch! We are located close to delicious restaurants and exciting attractions like Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Our three-bedroom (queen beds in all bedrooms and a pull-out couch as well) house features two full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen equipped with modern appliances and cooking essentials necessary for meal preparation, a lovely dining room ideal for entertaining friends or family, and ample outdoor space perfect for relaxing on nice days. With queen beds, comfy furnishings including another pull-out bed in the living room, and good wifi access, this rental offers all the comforts of home that make your stay stress free and enjoyable. Family of 4 Getaway in Colorado Springs!

This is a nicely decorated, clean, and well maintained rental property. It was the best stocked rental we've had and we rent a property every summer! The beds were comfortable and it was nice location. There is also a grocery store, restaurants, and Starbucks less than 5min away! Lastly, most of the Colorado Springs activities are only 20-30min away. We would rent here again!

Great Property Manager!

House was clean and worked well for us. Some family have mobility issues and appreciated being in one floor with a walk in shower. We had some minor issues that Andrew addressed immediately. His maintenance manager, John, is courteous and knowledgeable. We felt well cared for.

Great family spot!

My husband and I traveled to “The Springs” to visit our daughter, her husband and his 2 sons for Thanksgiving. The dining room table was plenty big for all of us to have family meals - and games afterward. There is a wonderful gas fireplace that kept the great room warm and cozy. The kitchen was tidy, had a terrific coffee machine, and was well-appointed. It had everything I needed for our holiday meals. The boys especially liked the ping pong table in the basement. A real hit! The property is close enough to downtown and shopping centers if you need something to do. In warmer weather, outdoor activities are nearby. (Too cold this trip!). The neighborhood is quiet and residential - perfect for us. Andrew was very helpful and responded quickly to any question I had. We highly recommend this property!
