Our home is an absolute jewel box. It is secure, comfortable and decorative. You will never want to leave. It has a working fireplace, chefs kitchen, dedicated parking with a Tesla charger (free of charge when used off hours) and many more amenities. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. Our house is not a party house. In respect to our neighbors. Quiet time within reason is appreciated. The home is ideal for one professional person or a couple. The minimum stay is one month. No pets are allowed.

One large bedroom with a total of 1 queen bed with comfortable mattress and quality linens. The bedroom has tasteful art, full walk-in closet. One full spacious bathroom with double vanity, triple mirror, bath tub, shower & terrazzo floors. High end linens and towels.

Office
A former bedroom has been transformed into a dedicated work space office with large desk (room has door), plenty of light, plush carpet and tasteful art. This room also has a day bed.

Kitchen and dining room
Cook in this high end light filled chefs kitchen with terrazzo floors, Viking stove, wine cooler & refrigerator with ice dispenser, quiet Miele dishwasher and professional kitchen appliances plus basic cooking supplies and spices.

Livingroom
The living room, kitchen, and dining room open up into each other allowing for an open feel. The living room houses a wood burning fireplace, TV, music system, comfortable seating, library, expansive views & lots of light.

Garage
Spacious one car parking with Tesla Charger (only offered in off peak charging 12am -5am)
Side yard not available to guests.

Guest access
The entire condo is yours with a private garage featuring a Tesla charger. It is the upper level of a two unit building.
