This ordinance does not require an inspection of the unit by the city for potential Building, Housing, Fire, or other Code violations.

Large flat built in 1900 located in SUNNY Noe Valley, a safe, residential neighborhood. There are 2 bedrooms (queen size bed/2 twin beds), full bath with shower/tub combo, living room and a large contemporary kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. The flat is fully equipped: 37 inch TV with Direct TV, DVR, WiFi enanbled, well-stocked kitchen, linens, washer/dryer. Public transportation (J-Church line) is 1 1/2 blocks away and will give you easy access to all areas of San Francisco. For the wine aficionados, the Napa wine country is just one hour away. Street parking only. Local contact to help with your stay. NEW: Daily/weekly street parking passes could be made available for an extra fee. Please inquire.

This hidden gem was the perfect place to stay while my husband, adult daughter and I visited San Francisco. In the Mission section, quiet, safe, and beautiful area. 1 block from the Muni so easy to get everywhere in SF. Clean and comfortable with a large, fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms with connecting bathroom, lots of hot water for showering, comfortable living room and 2 small “porches”. Owner very accessible and accommodating. We got in about 10 pm and Jamie, the owner’s s son, was waiting for us to show us everything we needed to know about the apartment. Grocery store (Safeway) and Walgreens within 10 minute walking distance (no hills to get there!). And I can’t forget to mention Mitchells a couple blocks away. Delicious ice cream, but expect a long wait. It’s worth it though! I definitely recommend staying here and I certainly would stay here again. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 10 .
When I saw this cookbook, I knew I had made the right choice about where to stay!

Located in the Noe Valley, we had access to public transportation, found it easy to walk the neighborhood area, and had access to a parking pass which helped greatly.The apartment had everything we needed to cook and wash our clothes. Stay was very easy. Very clean. Parking is very difficult in San Francisco, there are parking passes available for purchase from the host for street parking but be prepared to park at least a full block away. Excellent cafe right at the end of the block and a Safeway just a 10 min walk away. Very easy to use public transportation. Kitchen fully equipped although we didn’t end up cooking during our stay there. Ample towels and sheets.

Perfect spot in Noe Valley

Perfect spot for a stay in SF. Even cuter IRL than in the photos. It's evident that this is a lovingly-maintained home. Stayed here with friends and we all loved staying here. Would stay here again and absolutely would recommend to anyone!

Our names are Michael and Rae. Rae grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved out of state when she married Michael. Michael is a retired high school science teacher and Rae still works in health care. Our son, Jamie, has called San Francisco home for 22 years. He lives on site, manages Duncan St retreat and is able to assist with your stay. We are world travelers and have stayed at VRBO properties in the past.

Why they chose this property

We chose Noe Valley for it's sunny location and small neighborhood feel. Marta & Bros Coffee is a few steps away as are restaurants and shopping. No need for a car; public transportation is 1 1/2 blocks away.
