Amazing

When I say this home was perfect for my family and I’m a wonderful neighborhood that was in walking distance of delicious restaurants. My family enjoyed our weekend staying there and will be booking another weekend very soon. Very convenient to the Zoo and Beale St as well. I rate it a 10 out of 10

The house was as pictured, clean and in a safe area. Close proximity to restaurants and family oriented activities. We would stay again!

Fun Neighborhood

This house is good for small groups and the location is good. It is approximately 10 minutes from downtown and is a short walk from the Cooper-Young district. The house is older but has been updated. It was too cold to sit outside but the backyard looked cool. There was only one downside and it was not the owner's fault. One of the neighbors has a dog which barks incessantly and that dog was let outside between 7-8 every day, so be sure to bring a sound machine to drown out the dog. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Rich with character and original hardwood from 1920, this 3BR/2B bungalow is as charming as it is conveniently located. We are a 5 minute walk or less to all of Cooper Young's bars, restaurants, and shops. We are also a 10 minute walk from Tiger Lane, the Liberty Bowl, and the new Liberty Park Sports Complex.

What makes this property unique

Cooper-Young is a hip, artsy neighborhood with century-old buildings occupied by quirky stores selling rare vinyl, handmade chocolates, custom drum kits and vintage fashion. Artisanal coffee spots share the streets with eateries serving Memphis BBQ, sushi and Italian fare, as well as craft beer bars and boisterous pubs with live music. You simply cannot beat this location.
