A short ride to the beach or relax by the bay in the neighborhood. Spend time on the wooded walking trails, community pool, playground, and crabbing piers in the adorable community, Angola By The Bay!

Pool Hours:
-10 am - 7 pm Weekends Only (05/23/2026 – 06/12/2026)
-10 am - 7 pm Daily (06/13/2026 – 09/07/2026)
-10 am - 7 pm Weekends Only (09/12/2026 --09/20/2026)

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

3 bed (1 king, 1 queen, twin bunk bed, and full pull out ouch), 2 full bath, outdoor shower.

Enjoy the private outdoor space with a grill, fire pit and lots of seating!

Thoughtful, cozy, perfect for families, close to everything.

Since we do not live locally, we will be available via the VRBO app to answer any questions or problems you may have during your stay.

Please let us know beforehand if you are bringing animals. there will be a $70 charge per animal. Max of 2 animals.

The pool dates for summer of 2025 will be updated as we receive the information.

This was a great property to bring our dogs along to the beach and the host was very easy to communicate with. Only wish it had been closer to the beach itself but really liked being able to build a fire at night. The one bathtub did back up and a plumber came when owner was made aware.

This property was great! It had plenty of room, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We only stayed 1 night and liked it very much. When we go back to that area, this property will be the first place we look for to rent. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was very nice and everyone was friendly. We didn't have a chance to use the bikes but we did walk down to the crabbing pier where there was a pretty little area. I would recommend staying here, and we will again in the future!

Cute, Clean Home for Beach Time

Our family of four (with 2 adult sons) stayed here for a week. All the comforts of home to include coffee maker and a modern kitchen. You can walk up the street to a dock and put the kayaks in for an exploration around the bay - quiet and peaceful. Love the salt water pool enjoyed by the community. We love the neighborhood - Angola by the Bay. About 15 minutes to Rehoboth Beach with the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk or Cape Henlopen State Park for a quieter experience. Enjoy the free bikes to explore miles of ocean adjacent trails.

The house was well equipped with everything you would need for the kitchen and bathroom. She provided foil, plastic wrap and containers for packing your lunch for the beach. It also included bedding, towels and travel shampoo and conditioner. The house also included bikes and kayaks with life preservers. It was a lovely home, in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the bay. The communication with the owner was great, she was very prompt in getting back to us and readily available. I highly recommend staying here!

The house was very clean. Resonse to questions were quickly answered. Only 1 picture in the listing was not accurate. Instead of bunk beds, there was a day bed with a trundle. When the trundle is pull out it takes up the whole room. All matress were very soft. There were several scented plug-ins and 2 misters. Being extremely sensitive to scents, i needed to unplug them. A day later, there was a musty smell in some rooms. It was a weekend rental and we basically only slept there.

Our stay here was very enjoyable. The home was perfectly clean with every comfort and accessory we could ask for in terms of kitchen items and places to relax inside and out etc.The development the house is in was very peaceful and quiet. The folks were friendly people who also respected each others privacy The host was very easy to arrange things with and adequately communicative.

Inside was serviceable. Very few utensils and dishware. Carpets were stained. Unable to utilize outdoor furniture due to being extremely dirty. Everything needed a power washing including the outside of cottage. Area is wooded so understand it is a contestant issue, but missed being able to sit outside.

Angola By The Bay is an adorable, gated community close to the beaches but away from the hustle and bustle of beach life. In the summertime it great with the pool and crabbing pier and the off season is beautiful and relaxing with all the trees and wooded walking trails.
