Beautiful location wiith easy river access. Well-appointed home with everything one might need in the way of cookware, furniture, linens, towels, etc. Even if your plans to wade in the river get rained out, the pool table will be a big hit. Best of all, it’s in a spacious room, so there’s plenty of room without pool cues bumping into furniture or walls.

The house and property are very unique in a good way, and the direct access to the river is a nice bonus.Our kids loved everything about it. Debbie is a great host and we certainly recommend this property to other families.

We arrived for our high school senior class trip. There was enough space that we weren’t on top of each other. The mugs loved the games and hot tub. All in all, it was a great experience and will be a source of memories for years to come.

There is a lot of steps, but it didn't stop our youngest at age 3. The kitchen had everything. Plenty of extra stuff as well such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags. Our whole family loved this house.

The house is huge and beyond equipped. Everything was thought of in the kitchen and the cabinets are labeled so you can find what you need. It’s just up the hill from the Kings River with easy access to launch or take out kayaks. We floated down to Romp Hole access with an easy 10 minute dirt road shuttle back. This was a guys trip with only four guys so we all had a bedroom and full bath to ourselves. The notes say it sleeps 16 but its probably more like 20 with a a lot of kids. Would be a great setup for 3 or 4 families!

Check in was super easy, loved the cookies and the welcome letter in the kitchen. Kitchen is full service with no need to eat out if you dont want to. The house was great.

The host was kind enough to leave nice treats, beverages, and even wine. She was very responsive. When I did bring a minor concern to her she was gracious, responsive, fair and validating/respectful in every communication. In this day and age I think how a business responds to snags (which are inevitable even if very rare) speaks so loudly to their trustworthiness altogether. The place was exactly as presented in photos. As a repartnered widow it was a special surprise to learn this home was loved by a widow when her husband died shortly after they built the home together. It’s like walking into a castle (6,000 sf), a time capsule, a resort, and your grandmas house all at once. We exchanged a few plant propagations for watering the outside planters mid-week. From the Better Holes & Gardens 1980s collection in the kitchen, to the Brady Bunch-esque step down rooms, the open family-friendly floor plan and almost all bedrooms en suite, lots of sweet touches.

Beautiful Area and Amazing Host

We had so much fun staying here! We loved how secluded it was but close enough to run into town if we forgot something. I loved that we could just walk down to the river and the water was crystal clear. The views from the deck were spectacular. Would definitely recommend for a getaway.
