Cozy Home on Murray Hill Gardens, a few minutes to Downtown Jacksonville, Riverside, JAX airport, Cecil, Herlong, NAS, Amazon, Hospitals and parks.
Pets are welcome. Backyard is fully fenced with a 6 foot Wood privacy fence. We just installed a new Level 2 Tesla and most other EVs battery charger thats complimentary for the use of guests

This cozy single family home was built in the 1940's. The hardwood floors were recently refinished. 2 bedrooms and the 1 bathroom are on the right side, while the 3rd larger bedroom is across from the front porch on the left side providing additional privacy from the main house. This property is designed to be pet friendly.

Whole Single Family House, including front yard and fully fenced backyard for your exclusive enjoyment.
Other things to note
The bedroom with queen size bed is separated from the main living area by the front screened in porch and has a separate electronic door lock.
