Appliances include a convection oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, fully air conditioned, has an outdoor shower, gas grill and outdoor furnishings. Outdoor shower is on the back deck. The windows are covered by blackout blinds, perfect for sleeping in. Conveniently located to everything needed to entertain a family, both adults and children. The arts district is a stones throw away.
