This spectacular river, along the Kancamagus Highway is known for gold panning, swimming, & tubing with walk-in access. This location is convenient to shopping in Lincoln, Franconia and Woodsville. 32" Roku smart TV plus DVD's provided. Appliances include full-sized refrigerator, microwave, counter-top electric two burner stove and griddle, convection oven, outdoor gas grill, Keurig coffee maker plus a regular drip coffee maker, plenty of games both indoors and out included. Land line phone for local and long-distance calling within continental U.S. for use free of charge.
