Okay, seriously… this house is amazing. Located right on Isle of Palms at 2 Intracoastal Court, it's the perfect spot for families and anyone who loves the Lowcountry lifestyle.
Imagine this: you're just steps from the Isle of Palms Marina – and one of the lucky few homes around here with enough space to park your boat and trailer! No more marina fees or hassle, just easy access to the water whenever the mood strikes.
Inside, it's all about space and good times. We're talking a really open floor plan, perfect for hanging out, and a kitchen that's seriously ready for action – fully stocked and with a great dining area for family meals or entertaining.
But wait, there's more! Relax on the large screened porch, or kick back with a sweet tea on the front porch in one of the comfy rocking chairs. Upstairs, you'll find a huge game room with glass doors leading to a patio… and the views? Seriously stunning overlooking the golf course!
And the location? Unbeatable. You're just minutes from the beach, golf, pickleball, tennis, and the Isle of Palms recreational center. Plus, the Marina has this awesome restaurant, Islander 71, with indoor/outdoor dining – it's a family favorite!

There are three bedrooms upstairs. Two queen bedrooms and one room with a bunk bed (double on bottom, single up top), perfect for kids. One bathroom with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combo. Back downstairs there is one bedroom with a king bed and private bath with a walk-in shower and bathtub. This bedroom also has direct access to the screened in porch. The second downstairs bedroom has a hall bath with a shower/tub combo.
*Please note: Fireplace is not a "working" fireplace. The flue is closed, please do not use.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through our local rental agency to enhance your vacation experience.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.
Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
