This beautiful custom built home is located one block from the beach at 3605 Cameron Boulevard and is 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and many championship golf courses.

This six bedroom house is tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings, a large den with a entertainment system, flat screen televisions in great room and bedrooms, fantastic gourmet kitchen and 2 master suites (one with a jacuzzi tub).

Come straight from the beach and shower in the privacy of an outdoor shower. Take the elevator to the greatroom and walk out on the porch and sit in one of the rocking chairs and feel the ocean breeze. For a spectacular look at the great Atlantic Ocean take a walk up the spiral staircase for breath taking views.

Online pics don’t do it justice!

We had a group of 10 here for a bachelor party and this place had all we needed. Much nicer television than in the pics which was great for watching some college basketball. Plenty of seating in the living room, porches and rooftop view were all awesome. Could maybe do some updating with couches / grill out back but still did the job! Overall the house is truly a great spot and great location close to the public beach access and only a few minutes from some great restaurants and bars. Brian was very responsive and helpful as well.

Great place for family!

We loved the house and location. The kitchen was fabulous and so well equipped. Perfect for making my Thanksgiving dinner! A super short walk to the beautiful beach. The best part was plenty of room for us to all be together. We loved it.

This house is amazing and definitely lives up to the description listed. Brian was very easy to work with as well as easy to contact with questions. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for board games, places to read quietly and enjoy family time. Porches were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items needed for our cooking and serving needs. Amazingly we did not have issues with mosquitoes in the outside shower or ground level areas!

This house is beautiful! It was perfect for 6 high school friends that wanted their own rooms and catch up! It is in a great neighborhood and great location. Isle of Palms Wedding Stay

This was a great property for our family of 14. We chose this property because of its proximity to the Citadel Beach Club and the beach. The owner Brian was very communicative, explaining the elevator and other information that was helpful for our stay. We were happy that linens and towels were included and all rooms and kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitely consider this house again should we return for a family reunion. We had a multigenerational group staying at this property when we were in town for a family wedding. This home was great! Beach girls trip

This property was perfect for our group! It looks even better than it does in the pictures. It's clean, well-kept, and the furniture is sturdy and high-quality. We loved the decks where we could eat outside and enjoy the warm breeze. It's so close to the beach, which is one of the best we've visited. The host was easy to reach and was proactive in reaching out before the trip to get everything squared away. Everyone was talking about what a great find it was. We loved this property!

A new family tradition!

We chose this home last year for our Mom's 80th birthday celebration. Our family (including out of town relatives) enjoyed it so much, we've decided to make this visit an annual tradition! The location can't be beat, close to the beach for early morning walks. The sundeck was great for late day gathering. The home's layout works well: ample bedrooms and storage, an elevator accommodates those who find stairs challenging and the open kitchen/dining/family room is great for large numbers who enjoy being together. We're already making plans for next year!
